We want every order to meet expectations. If there is an issue with your item, we offer a simple, authorized return process in line with wholesale marketplace standards.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
We accept returns for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

All returns require prior authorization (RMA approval).

How to Request a Return

Email sales@luminouslime.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Clear reason for return + photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will issue a free UPS prepaid return label (for eligible orders shipped within the 48 continental U.S.).

Return Shipping

  • Attach the provided label to your package
  • Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the label
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags intact (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
