Return Eligibility

We accept authorized returns requested within 30 days of receiving your order. As long as your return request is submitted within this time frame, we are happy to help you get started.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at sales@luminouslime.com to request a return authorization.

When reaching out, include the following information:
Your order number
The item or items you would like to return
The reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will email you a free UPS prepaid return label.

Sending Your Item Back

Print the prepaid return label and attach it to any box or package. You will have 30 days from the date you receive the return label to send your item back to us.

Free return labels are available for orders shipped within the 48 continental United States.

Refund Processing

After we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the funds to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
